Website builders take a lot of the stress and cost out of web design, but newcomers can still find them intimidating. They are basically content management systems that let you build a functioning webpage using visual, menu-based tools instead of writing lines of code. While they make the process much easier than designing a site from scratch, it’s still a good idea to review a number of best practices before committing to one.
Before deciding on a website builder, be sure to catalog all the assets you’ll need for your project. This helps you compare the different options that may fit your budget and goals. For example, it’s important to think about how many images will be on the site, how many sections of copy or input forms and whether you need videos or other multimedia elements. You also should consider the site’s functionality – for example, will it need to support ecommerce or allow comments on blog posts?
Once you’ve narrowed down your options, review ranked lists of the best website builder programs. These lists are usually compiled by content creators who have tested out and compared each builder’s features. This will help you find the one that’s right for your needs without spending hours doing research on your own.
It’s also a good idea to research websites that were built with each website builder you are considering. This will give you an idea of the quality of the results and how easy it is to use each builder. Some of these websites will even include reviews from actual users which can be helpful in determining whether a builder is right for you.
After reviewing the quality of sites made with each builder, test out their editor modes to get a feel for how easy it will be to use the software. Many website builders offer a live-editing mode that allows you to see what your site will look like as you make changes, which is an excellent way to visualize the result of your work before publishing it. Most of these editors will also let you toggle between desktop, mobile and tablet view.
When you’re happy with your site, it’s time to publish! You can do this by uploading the website to a domain (or host), which is where your website lives on the internet. Be sure to share your new site with friends, family and anyone else who will be interested in it. You can also ask them to provide feedback, which can be an invaluable resource when it comes to improving your site.
Remember to be kind when receiving feedback – no one likes being hurt or embarrassed by criticism. Lastly, don’t be afraid to reach out to a professional digital designer for advice or assistance with your website if you need it. They can help you make your site unique and tailored to your specific brand, or design an entirely new one for you from scratch.

The Same "about me" text you wrote on your about me page; you want to write it here or write an excerpt of it here. Just make sure it makes sense, and looks complete if you're going to write an excerpt. So delete this text and add yours on every article page.
